Simon Wright

About

So, let me introduce myself.

My name is Simon Wright and over the past two decades I've founded, managed and sold a number of consultancies and agencies. Throughout this time, I've made a load of good decisions – and plenty of bad ones too.

I've sat with the CEOs and boards of global companies. I've advised and consulted with government departments and institutions. I've worked hand in glove with owner-founders of SMEs to help them grow. I've hired M&A advisors and developed sale strategies. I've successfully argued with Due Diligence teams to drive up profitability.

I've struggled through recessions, credit crises, BREXIT and wars – but pretty much, managed to grow all the time.

By 2020 I'd had enough and decided to retire and travel the world. Then a certain pandemic helped me change my mind, and I decided to unretire twelve months later. Since then I've been working with founders, leaders and organisations to help them grow and thrive – even against such challenging times. And for a few, I've helped prepare them for an exit event.
